A sequel to Velaiilla Pattadhari (2014), the film has Dhanush, Amala Paul, Saranya Ponvannan and Samuthirakani returning from the first film, other cast including Kajol. This film all set to release worldwide on July 28, 2017. The music was done by Sean Roldan.
