India lifted U19 World Cup in 2000 under the captainship of Mohammed Kaif. Yuvraj Singh shone with both bat and the ball. He scored 58 off 25 balls against Australia and earlier scored 68 off 62 and took 4 wickets by conceding only 36 runs against New Zealand in the same tournament.
