England all-rounder Chris Jordan, who played a key role for England during T20 World Cup, now he gets a chance to play in the IPL. Royal Challengers Bangalore have decided him as a replacement of Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc.
Chris Jordan has done a great job in the death overs for England and he may get a place in the Test squad that will play Sri Lanka. RCB is the team, who is thrashing opponents with batmans and struggling with bowlers. So, his arrival is most happy news for RCB fans.
All the people who will be in the Test squad will have to be back together in England before May 6 afternoon, whilst all the Non Test players should be back on or before May 17. Hence, if he is selected in the Test squad, which for is most unlikely to happen, RCB might not get his service for more than 2 games. If he is not in Test squad, he may play full IPL.
This is the second replacement for the RCB in the IPL 9. Just 1 week ago, they brought in Tabraiz Shamsi in place of No.1 T20 bowler Samuel Badree and now Chris Jordan in place of Mitchell Starc.
