No.1 Test All-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin will play for Dindugal while Indian Test team opener Murali Vijay has been plucked by Coimbatore team in the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) T20 tournament.
The player draft for TNPL was held on July 30 in Chennai and the squads were finalised.
8 team will feature in the inaugural edition of Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). Chennai, Dindigul (Natham) and Tirunelveli are the venues. Chennai will host the opening match as well as the semi-finals and the final.
