The much-awaited release date of Rajinikanth’s next Jailer has been announced. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer is slated for 10 August 2023 worldwide in Tamil language.
According to the reports, The shooting is expected to wrap in June 2023 and post-production work to begin during the same period. After the disappointing last release for both Rajinikanth and Nelson Dilipkumar, now fans are awaiting Jailer release.

Bankrolled by Sun Pictures, the film shooting started by the end of 2022 in Chennai. More than 80% of the shooting work is completed and a few montages are left to wrap the proceedings.
The film is scheduled for a larger release in multi-languages with the dubbed version. Stars from other industries including Mohan Lal from Malayalam, Shiva Rajkumar from Kannada, and Jackie Shroff from Bollywood feature in Jailer cast.

With the film slated for August 10th release worldwide, The audio launch is expected to conduct during mid-July by the makers in Chennai. Anirudh Ravichander scored the soundtrack and background music of Jailer.
The star cast of Jailer includes some prominent names like Ramya Krishnan, Tamannah, Sunil, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, Kalaiyarasan, Redin Kingsley, and many more.
Earlier Sivakarthikeyan’s Maaveeran announced the release date of the film on August 21st. Due to the release of Jailer in the same month, now the Sivakarthikeyan starrer is expected to postpone from the actual date.
However, the official announcement of Maaveeran (2023) is yet to be confirmed by the makers. Jailer is touted to be an action entertainer in which Superstar Rajinikanth plays the role of Muthuvel Pandian.
With no movies released in 2022 for Rajinikanth, Jailer is anticipated with huge expectations among Thalaivar fans. The film pre-business expected to hit huge numbers as per the source.
