Rohini was born in 1991 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Noni received her education from A.P.R School and then her higher education from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Her hometown is Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She grew up in the same city and then later moved to Hyderabad for her studies and career.
