Jayasuriya held the record for the fastest ODI half-century and century for a long, at his time bowlers faced him with fears. His best knock of 189 came against India and he missed the double ton with lot of overs left. He is one of the greatest ODI all-rounder with 13000+ runs along with 323 wickets. Out of his 28 centuries, 4 centuries were converted into 150s, all of them away from home.
