Pakistan won a final test match against England by 10 wickets to equal the four-match series 2-2.
Azhar Ali managed to hit the six to win the final/fouth test match. This win against England is Pakistan’s first ever win on their Independence day.
Pakistan openers Azhar Ali and Sami Aslam both remained on 30 and 12 respectively.
On the fourth day of the final test match between Pakistan and England, England managed to set an easy target of just 40 runs to Pakistan.
With the help of Yasir Shah’s five wickets and Wahab Riaz’ couple of wickets, Pakistan dismissed England for 253. Johnny Bairstow scored a good knock of 81 runs, with this score he scored 992 test runs in 2016.
Zimbabwe’s Andy Flower has a record of most runs scored by a wicket-keeper in a calender year (1045 runs in 2000).
