International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the latest ODI rankings, West Indies spinner Sunil Narine has jumped to No.1 spot after his brilliant bowling in the tri-series.
New Zealand pacer Trent Boult at No.2 position with 731 points. The South African spinner Imran Tahir, who is the leading wicket-taker in tri-series with 13 wickets, has jumped to No.2 in ODI ranking for bowlers.
Axar Patel, who took three wickets against Zimbabwe, has claimed 13th position. Dhawal Kulkarni’s five wickets in the series have lifted him 29 places to 88th.
In ODI rankings for batsmen, Rohit Sharma fall into 7th place after his absence from the series against Zimbabwe. Tilakaratne Dilshan and Kane Williamson are now joint fourth in the batman ranking.
