DD Earlier Life & Family
She was born in 17th February, 1981 to a tamil based hindu family in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She completed her schooling and college in Chennai. Her father name Neelakandan, and a Malayali mother, Srilatha. DD lost her father in her younger age and she have a sister and brother. Popular tamil anchor Priyadharshini is her sister.
She studied in Lady’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School and done part time course in Anna Adarsh College, Chennai.
After becaming successful anchor in Vijay television, DD has married to his long time friend Srikanth Ravichandran. Her hasband is former assistant of director Gautham Menon.
