Sihi Kahi Chandru was born on 1961 in India. He has been in the industry from a young age. He is married to Geetha in 1990 and has two children – Hitha And Kushi. The details about his family are not known.

Sihi Kahi Chandru has a story behind his name. Sihi Kahi was a serial which televised in Dhoordarshan during 1980’s. In the serial, Chandru and Geetha acted as husband and wife. Their friendship flowered into the love and later they married in 1990. The comedy serial was earned more audience during 1980s. So, they made it their name by adding Sihi Kahi – Sihi Kahi Chandru and Sihi Kahi Geetha.
